ok after a nice hot shower i remembered which trailer you have!
the good news is for cheep you can have a no air required system! just take the valve out of the schrader, clamp a tube to it, and run it high enough that it won't leak with "slosh factor" then put a hand pump faucet in on the sink.
now the bad news, if you pour water down the drain, and it falls out on the ground, its a huge fine! this used to be perfectly legal but now you gotta retrofit a holding tank for it

hows your stamina lol that's a lot of volume! the little emergency tire pumps that go in the cig litter work well
i would convert it to an electric water pump system my self

Thanks. There is a schraeder valve on the tank. Any chance I can use a bike pump to generate enough pressure?

those old metal tanks are run by air pressure. also there is probably a drain valve open. to check if you tank runs on air, see if there is a tire valve in the cap for the fill. i recommend putting a pump and vent on the thing for better reliability or you are going to have to get one of those 12 v air compressors so you can refill the air pressure

I'm planning on replacing the hoses and connections. I don't see any pump, so I'm wondering if the thing is powered by air pressure?

Started filling up the tank on the Land commander. It started leaking near the wheel well. Maybe I'm doing it wrong? Is there a plug or something I should be paying attention to? Or, is there a good, economical way to replace the current metal tank and old plumbing with something new? It only runs a sink, no shower or toilet.
